Job Description
- Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts
- Follow up with clients on the application of payment terms
- Communicate with customers for collection purposes
- Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
- Provide contract-related issue resolution,
- Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Work closely with sales department and finance department
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Present regular status reports for contracted customers
Job Qualifications
- 2 – 4 years of experience in working with customer contracting service.
- Bachelor of Arts
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure when dealing with customers
- Experience working with customer support.
